It encompasses all types of services that do not require intervention in the mechanism, such as a sealing service or adjustment of an external component. It is made up of the following operations:

-Dismantling the box;

-Washing the box;

-Replacement of sealing gaskets and other sealing items, if necessary, such as crowns, pulsators, valves, etc.;

-Reassembly of the box;

-Restoration of water resistance;

-Battery replacement (in the case of quartz mechanisms);

-Final control.

Reconditioning (polishing) of the case, metal bracelet and clasp in accordance with the brands' specifications and finishing standards. Polishing the case can only be done through a sealing service, as it is not possible to polish the case with the watch assembled, due to the vibrations and temperatures reached during the process.

-Change bracelet

-Replacement/addition/removal of bracelet links;

-Replacement of bezel;

-Adjustment, repair or replacement of clasp.
